   암몬 — 암몬은 롯의 후손인 암몬 자손을 가리키며, 요단 동쪽에 살던 민족이다. 성경에서는 그들의 영토를 ‘암몬 자손의 땅’으로도 부른다.

   People descended from Lot, living east of the Jordan.
