   바알하난은 에돔 왕들 가운데 한 사람의 이름으로 나온다. 또 다윗 시대에 올리브와 뽕나무를 맡은 게델 사람 관리의 이름이기도 하다.

   Name of an Edomite king and of one of David’s officials.

   • Baal-Hanan the Gederite was in charge of the olive and sycamore-fig trees in the western foothills. Joash was in charge of the supplies of olive oil.

   • When Baal-Hanan died, Hadad succeeded him as king. His city was named Pau, and his wife's name was Mehetabel daughter of Matred, the daughter of Me-Zahab.
