   사별하게 하다, 잃게 하다 — bereave는 죽음이나 재앙으로 자녀나 가족을 잃게 한다는 뜻이다. 성경에서는 전쟁, 짐승, 심판이 사람을 ‘잃게 함’을 표현할 때 쓰인다.
