   모압 사람들, 모압인 — 모압 사람들은 롯의 아들 모압에게서 나온 민족으로, 사해 동쪽 모압 땅에 살았다. 이스라엘과는 친족 관계이면서도 자주 갈등한 이웃 민족이다.

   Descendants of Moab, living east of the Dead Sea.

   • The firstborn bore a son and called his name Moab. He is the father of the Moabites to this day.

   • Like the Anakim they are also counted as Rephaim, but the Moabites call them Emim.
